Hubspot CMS started as Hubspot COS as a way to help marketers manage websites. It has pretty basic features but over time evolved to offer more options. In 2012 it was relaunched through Hubspot and improved.

Kajabi started in 2010 in California. It started as a basic builder and later expanded adding courses, coaching, communities, and blogging.
